How to keep all your health data in one place

If you take your health seriously, your data is probably scattered: blood test PDFs in your email, a DNA file from a kit you did years ago, a DEXA scan as a printout, sleep and HRV in a wearable app, and food in a nutrition tracker. Each tool sees one slice - and none of them talk to each other.

That fragmentation is the problem. The most useful insights about your health rarely come from a single number; they come from how the numbers relate. This guide covers how to consolidate everything into one place, and why doing so unlocks patterns a single-purpose app simply cannot see.

Why scattered data hides the picture

A blood test tells you your ferritin is low. Your wearable tells you your sleep has been poor. Your nutrition app tells you your iron intake is modest. Individually, each is a shrug. Together, they tell a story worth acting on.
