Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating a Vedra account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Vedra.

2. The service

Vedra is a personal health data tracking and analysis platform. You can upload blood test results, DNA reports, body composition data, and other health information. Vedra uses AI to help you understand and interpret that data.

Vedra is not a medical service. Nothing on Vedra is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns or before making health decisions.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to use Vedra
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
  • One account per person — do not share accounts
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account

4. Your data

You own your health data. By uploading it to Vedra you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data you provide (e.g. that test results are your own).

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions
  • Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use Vedra for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the service
  • Use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the service
  • Misrepresent your identity or upload data that isn’t yours

7. Limitation of liability

Vedra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vedra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

On termination, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
