The mission
To give people one calm, neutral place to hold and understand their own health data, so they can make informed decisions about how they want to live. Vedra hands you your own data, makes it legible in plain English, and gets out of the way.
Ownership first
It is your data, full stop. Encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold. Import from any source, export everything, and delete everything, anytime. Leaving is easy on purpose.
Clear, not clinical
Every marker gets a plain-English translation, set against the UK reference range. Vedra is educational, never diagnostic, and anything health-related belongs with a qualified professional.
No agenda
Vedra sells no tests, no supplements and no devices. No affiliate links, no recommended stack, no sponsored insights. Nobody here profits from your confusion.
The story
Vedra started with a spreadsheet at midnight. I had blood tests in one portal, a DNA export in a folder, a DEXA scan in a PDF, a wearable locked in its own app and a food log somewhere else again. Five tools, five slices, and not one of them could see the whole picture. I was the integration layer, by hand.
Worse than the fragmentation was the agenda. Every tool that offered to help wanted something. The test came bundled with a supplement funnel. The app that read the results also sold the fix. It is hard to trust an interpretation when the interpreter profits from your worry.
So I built the thing that did not exist: a neutral home for health data. One hub for blood tests, DNA, body composition, wearables and nutrition. Plain-English summaries. AI that reads across all of it and points out connections a single tool cannot see. And nothing for sale except the hub itself.
